Director/PDMR Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that Mo Tagari, the chief technology officer and a
person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has
purchased 5,900 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary
Shares) at a price of £2.542 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Youinvest
Dealing Account on 29 September 2022.

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo
Tagari has an interest is 63,655 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 0.015% of the issued share capital.
