The Company announces that Lucy Birch, a person closely associated (PCA) with
Peter Birch, the Chief Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial
responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 17,000 ordinary shares of
£0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) via her AJ Bell dealing
account for £3.2664 per Ordinary Share on 8 February 2024.

 

Following the above transaction, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Peter
Birch has an interest is 37,557 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 0.009% of the issued share capital.
