Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification

The Company announces that on 28 May 2025:

a)   Karen Goodman, the Chief Risk Officer and a person discharging
managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 4,707 ordinary shares of
£0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for £5.0572 per Ordinary
Share.

Following the above transaction, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Karen
Goodman has an interest is 1,406 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 0.000% of the issued share capital.

b)  Billy Mackay, the Advised Managing Director and a PDMR in the Company,
sold 39,922 Ordinary Shares for £5.0099 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Billy
Mackay has an interest is 1,326,763 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 0.326% of the issued share capital.
