Ajax, the natural resources investment company (AQSE: AJAX), confirms
publication of the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for
the year to 28 February 2025 to be held at 10:30 am BST on 26 August 2025 at
the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, the Company's Financial Adviser, at 5
St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB.  A copy of the notice of AGM will be
published on the Company's website in due course:
