Result of AGM

 

Ajax [LSE: AJAX], the UK listed special purpose acquisition company with a
focus on natural resources, is pleased to announce the result of the Company's
annual general meeting ("AGM") for the period from incorporation to 28
February 2022 which was held earlier today.  All resolutions proposed at the
AGM were passed.  The Company will publish the full voting results on its
website (www.ajaxresources.com).
