Ajax [LSE: AJAX], the UK listed special purpose acquisition company with a
focus on natural resources, is pleased to announce the result of the Company's
general meeting ("GM"), held earlier today. All resolutions proposed at the
GM were passed unanimously. The Company will publish the full voting results
