Update on the Acquisition of the Eureka Project

 

Ajax, the natural resources investment company [LSE: AJAX], is pleased to
provide an update on the Company's acquisition of Puna Metals S.A. ("Puna"), a
company holding the mining rights for the Eureka Project located in the
Republic of Argentina ("Eureka" or the "Project"), from Bezant Resources plc
("Bezant").

 

Ajax and Bezant have agreed that the completion date for the acquisition of
Eureka (the "Acquisition") will occur on 21 May 2025.  All other elements of
the Acquisition remain as set out in the Company's announcement of 16 April
2025. The cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of 1
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from the Equity Shares (Shell Companies)
category of the Official List and to trading on the LSE Main Market, and to
proposed admission of the Ordinary Shares to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth
Market Access Category continues to be expected to take place on 20 May 2025.
