    * According to information recently, there is uncertainty on 
financial asset designated as at fair value through profit & 
loss in relation to investment of co 
    * Unable to make reasonable new estimate on fair value of 
such financial asset designated as at fvtpl at present due to 
lack of clarity of information 
    * Group's unaudited consol management account for hy ended 
30 june 2017 (to be announced by end of august 2017) would 
remain unchanged, as compared to 31 Dec 2016
