Re: Notice to Noteholders
Akbank TAS (the "Issuer") hereby announces that it has repurchased a material portion of its outstanding TL denominated notes (ISIN XS0884723148), and may continue to repurchase and sell its outstanding TL denominated notes opportunistically in open-market transactions from time to time. While the Issuer has not established a target percentage for such repurchases, such transactions may result in the Issuer holding up to 50% of its outstanding TL denominated notes; however, the Issuer does not undertake to update the market further in this regard. The Issuer does not intend to cancel any notes at this time, but reserves the right to do so at any time in accordance with their terms.
