Dec 1 (Reuters) - Akdeniz Guvenlik Hizmetleri As  AKGUV.IS  
    * Signs annex to the agreement at 2.1 million lira 
($725,639.25) plus VAT with Republic of Turkey, General 
Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI) 
    * Annex has been signed to add 60 more personnel for three 
airports between Dec. 1, 2015- Dec. 31, 2016  
    * With the last annex the total amount of contract rises to 
170.9 million lira plus VAT and 2,721 personnel
