Feb 12 (Reuters) - Akdeniz Guvenlik Hizmetleri AS 
 AKGUV.IS : 
    * Signs annex to agreement at 691,455 lira ($236,653.78) 
plus VAT with Republic of Turkey, General Directorate of State 
Airports Authority (DHMI) 
    * With the last annex the total amount of contract rises to 
171.6 million lira plus VAT and 2,745 personnel
