** Shares of digital medicine co Akili Inc  AKLI.O  jump
43.12% to $1.56 premarket
    ** Co says its video game-based therapeutic EndeavorRx
improved attention in more than 80% of adults with ADHD in a
study
    ** Says over one-third of the adult participants no longer
exhibited an attention deficit following treatment
    ** Says EndeavorRx, already FDA-approved for 8-12 yr olds
with ADHD, was well-tolerated with no serious adverse events
    ** AKLI plans to submit the trail data to the FDA later this
year
    ** As of last close, stock down ~3% YTD
