Wall Street's main indexes climbed after two turbulent sessions on Wednesday and
ahead of the outcome of a Federal Reserve policy meeting, with a stellar outlook
from Microsoft boosting technology stocks.  .N 
    At 10:32 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.54% at
34,483.95. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 1.12% at 4,405.37 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.80% at 13,783.062.
