SOCAR Turkey signs deal to sell gas distribution subsidiaries to Aksa Dogalgaz

       ISTANBUL, Jan 10 (Reuters) - SOCAR Turkey has signed an
agreement to sell its natural gas distribution subsidiaries
Bursagaz and Kayserigaz to Aksa Dogalgaz.
    The SOCAR Turkey statement did not disclose the size of the
deal.
