** Healthcare services provider's shares  AKU.O  up 12.2% at
$3.39 premarket
    ** Agrees to buy Alliance HealthCare Services Inc
(Alliance), provider of radiology and oncology solutions to
hospitals, health systems and physician groups
    ** Transaction, which has enterprise value of $820 mln, is
expected to close in Q3 
    ** Combined co to have pro forma rev in excess of $730 mln
and pro forma adjusted EBITDA in excess of $210 mln
    ** Stock up ~50% in the last 12 months
