    * TerraForm Global Inc - on September 7, TerraForm Global 
Llc entered into a transition services agreement with SunEdison 
- SEC filing 
    * TerraForm Global - SunEdison will continue to provide co's 
unit, on interim basis, certain services related to information 
technology, tax, finance 
    * TerraForm Global- TSA, parties' obligations, to apply 
retroactively to transition services provided from, after Feb 1, 
2017, to terminate no later than Oct 31, 2017
