Credit & Guaranty agreement to $0, terminated revolving 
commitments 
    * Unit also entered into a fifth amendment to revolver 
facility - SEC filing 
    * Company's unit will no longer be required to deliver to 
administrative agent, lenders party to revolver its annual 
financial statements
