** Shares in Alantra  ALNTA.MC  rise around 8% after asset
managers Amundi  AMUN.PA  and Reichmuth agreed to co-invest in
the Spanish financial services firm's 1.7 bln euro ($1.8 bln)
solar platform
    ** The two companies will invest up to 265 million euros in
the new vehicle, in which Alantra will partner with renewable
developer Solarig, with an aim to invest in solar photovoltaic
farms in Spain and Italy
    ** The Alantra stock is on track for its best day since Dec.
9, 2022
($1 = 0.9297 euros)
