Microsoft MSFT.O has commissioned Ferrovial Construccion
to design a new data centre, poised to be located in the Madrid
region's northern municipality of San Sebastian de los Reyes,
whose budget could be worth several hundred million euros,
according to unnamed sources cited by Spanish newspaper Cinco
Dias.

Melia has won a lawsuit against CaixaBank in the Supreme
Court over Bankia's flotation on the stock market, Spanish
newspaper El Confidencial said on Tuesday.

Alantra's private equity fund has agreed to sell its stake
in Hiperbaric, a manufacturer of high-pressure equipment for the
food industry, to the chairman and board member, Andres
Hernando, for 267 million euros ($284.44 million), Spanish
newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday.
