The New Ordinary shares were issued at a price of 32.72 pence per Ordinary share, comprising the 31 December 2022 net asset value of 31.79 pence per share, adjusted for the 1.72 pence per share uplift announced on 2 March 2023, less the dividend of 0.79 pence per Ordinary share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of the 1,077,920 new ordinary shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and it is expected that dealings will commence on 3 April 2023. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue. Following the issue of the New Ordinary shares, the capital of the Company as at 31 March 2023 consists of 308,110,787 Ordinary shares of which 38,617,058 Ordinary shares are held in treasury.
