Further to the Company's Issue of Equity announcements on 27 February 2026 and
27 March 2026 in respect of the allotment of new Ordinary Shares under the
Dividend Reinvestment Scheme and the Albion VCTs Prospectus Top Up Offers
2025/2026 and following the admission to trading of those new Ordinary Shares,
