    Feb 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions
and disposals were reported by 2030 GMT on Wednesday:
      
    ** French telecoms group Iliad has offered more than 11
billion euros ($12.6 billion) to buy Vodafone's  VOD.L  Italian
business, a source close to the matter said, as the firm founded

    ** Italy's ERG  ERG.MI  has agreed to sell a 480 megawatt
gas-fired power plant in southern Italy to utility Enel
 ENEI.MI  for 188 million euros ($215 million) including

    ** A2A  A2.MI  would like to acquire a majority stake in
renewable energy firm Alerion Clean Power  ARN.MI , but is not
interested in a minority holding, the chief executive of Italy's

    ** Telecom services firm Syniverse Technologies and special
purpose acquisition company M3-Brigade Acquisition II Corp

    ** The owner of two strategic soy crushing plants in
southern Brazil has appealed to the country's antitrust body for
a probe into a signed supply deal between U.S.-based grains
trader Bunge  BG.N  and brewer Cervejaria Petropolis which is

    ** Britain's telecoms regulator said it was not
ideologically wedded to retaining four mobile networks,

Tuesday it has decided to block the sale of healthcare plan
operator APS by local group Amil, which is controlled by U.S.

    ** Siemens  SIEGn.DE  is very close to selling its logistics
business, sources have told Reuters, with a deal likely to be

controlling stake in Egypt's biggest investment bank EFG Hermes

potential merger with mutual life insurer LV= have ceased
