May 19 (Reuters) - Alexanderwerk AG  ALXG.F : 
    * Said on Monday Alexanderwerk Holding GmbH & Co. KG held so 
far already 51 pct of all shares of Alexanderwerk GmbH and has 
purchased the remaining 49 pct of shares 
    * Purchase price of a cash payment of 815,000 euros
