Appointment of a Director
 
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, is pleased to announce that Matthew White has today been appointed to the  Board in the role of Chief Operating Officer ("COO").
Matthew has been a member of the Alfa team since 1999, with experience of software development and all aspects of systems implementation. He has had responsibility for most areas of the Company's operations at different times in his career, and as COO he leads project delivery, international operations and the HR function.
Andrew Page, Alfa's Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Matthew to the Board. Matthew has been at Alfa for 20 years and his deep knowledge of our product, customers, market and culture made him the ideal candidate for both the COO position and now board membership.
"Matthew's appointment to the Board will enable our Chief Executive, Andrew Denton, to devote greater focus to customer relationships and generation of new business. Together with the planned recruitment of a permanent CFO, this will result in strong cross-functional representation on the board."
To maintain appropriate balance on the board, Alfa has initiated a search for an additional independent Non-Executive Director.
The Company confirms there are no further disclosures to be made in connection with Matthew White's appointment pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
