Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), the leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 were posted to shareholders on 5 May 2020 and have been published on the Company's investor website at https://annualreports.alfasystems.com/
In light of COVID-19, the Company is revising the plans for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Further information on the AGM venue, date and time will be communicated in due course.
