Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading
developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry,
confirms that it will report its full year results, for the twelve months
ended 31 December 2024, on Thursday 13 March 2025.

In addition to its usual programme of shareholder meetings, Alfa is also
pleased to announce that Andrew Denton, Duncan Magrath and Matthew White will
provide a live Investor presentation of the results via Investor Meet Company
on Friday 14 March 2025 at 13:00. This will use material from the results
presentation which will be available on the Alfa website on 13 March 2025.
 No new material will be shared at this presentation.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up on
Friday 14 March 2025 at 09:00, or at any time during the live presentation.
