Transaction in own shares
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading
developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry,
announces that on 4 November 2022 it purchased the following number of
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback
programme, details of which were announced on 18 January 2022.

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 15,282
Volume weighted average price paid per share: £1.501344
Lowest price paid per share: £1.490000
Highest price paid per share: £1.510000

The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to
satisfy employee share-based award obligations.
Including ordinary shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the
Company holds 1,990,772 ordinary shares in treasury and has 298,009,228
ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
