Director Resignation
The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") announces that its director, Steven Faber, has resigned his directorship and has stepped down from the Board. Mr Faber, who is an employee of the Company's investment advisor, INTERNOS Global Investors Limited ("INTERNOS"), has served as a director of the Company since INTERNOS assumed its role with the Company in July 2013. The Company's directors thank Mr Faber, who will be leaving INTERNOS in the near future, for his management of the Company's operations and his contribution towards the achievement of its investment policy. 
Jonathan Short, the Executive Chairman of INTERNOS, will be directly responsible to the Company's directors for the performance by INTERNOS of its investment advisory role. INTERNOS Portfolio Manager Rupert Wallman will hold management responsibility for the Company's day-to-day activities, reporting to Mr Short.
