The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") confirms that the notice and form of proxy for the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29 March 2019 have been mailed to the Company's members. 
 
These documents will shortly be available on the Company's web site: www.localshoppingreit.co.uk.  Copies of the annual general meeting documents will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at: www.hemscott.co/nsm 
 
The Company announced its results for the year ended 30 September 2018 on 10 December 2018.  The Company's annual report for 2018 was posted to members on 29 January 2019 and is also available on the Company's website.
