The Local Shopping REIT plc announces that on 16 September 2019 it purchased 59,177,398 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 31.33 pence per share.  The shares purchased by the Company have been cancelled. 
 
The share purchase and cancellation was made pursuant to the Tender Offer set out in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 25 July 2019 (the "Circular").
 
Following the purchase and cancellation set out above, The Local Shopping REIT plc has 23,328,455 ordinary shares in issue (excluding 9,164,017 ordinary shares in treasury).
