Transactions in Own Shares

Local Shopping REIT plc announces that on 1 October 2019 it purchased from Arden Partners plc 631,058 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 31.33 pence per share.  The shares purchased by the Company have been cancelled. 
 
The share purchase and cancellation was made pursuant to the Tender Offer set out in the Board's circular to shareholders dated 25 July 2019 (the "Circular").
 
Following the purchase and cancellation set out above, Local Shopping REIT plc has 22,697,397 ordinary shares in issue (excluding 9,164,017 ordinary shares in treasury).
