LSR return of capital clarification
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014.
The board of Thalassa (the "Board") notes that, following The Local Shopping REIT plc's ("LSR") announcement on 18 June 2019 in relation to its proposed share buy-back ("Transaction"), THAL was identified in the Disclosure Table on The Takeover Panel's (the "Panel") web site (http://www.thetakeoverpanel.org.uk/disclosure/disclosure-table), as the "Offeror" in relation to the Transaction.
The Company has been identified as an "Offeror" because THAL will obtain a controlling shareholding in LSR if the Transaction successfully completes.  However, THAL is not making a contractual offer for LSR and has no intention of doing so.
