$1.35 premarket as co reports Q4 revenue rises ~21% 
    ** ALJJ says quarter was helped by state unemployment
contracts, new contract implementation, among other things

    ** Reports Q4 income of 2 cents/share compared with loss of
24 cents/share a year earlier 
    ** Forecasts net revenue for three months ending Dec. 31, to

    ** ALJJ shares are up 3.48% this year
