Allarity Therapeutics fall on cancer studies readouts delay

** Shares of Allarity Therapeutics Inc  ALLR.O  down 6.6% to
$2.4 premarket
    ** Drug developer says interim data readouts from ongoing
mid-stage studies of its breast cancer drug and ovarian cancer
drug is expected to occur at end of 2023 
    ** Last year, co expected it would come out with the interim
data readouts for ovarian cancer drug and breast cancer drug
study in Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, respectively
    ** Co attributed the delay to slower-than-anticipated
patient enrollment in both studies, owing in part to impacts of
the COVID pandemic on trial site staffing
    ** ALLR said it has expanded collaboration with contract
research organizations to increase number of study sites and
made changes to study protocol to increase availability of
participant
    ** Shares of ALLR down ~75% YTD
