** Shares of Allarity Therapeutics Inc  ALLR.O  rise ~32% to
$3.45 premarket   
    ** Co says it entered into a clinical collaboration
agreement with privately-held FivepHusion to develop
FivepHusion's chemotherapy candidate against solid tumors
    ** Under the deal, ALLR will support clinical development of
therapy candidate, Deflexifol, by using its proprietary
companion diagnostic,  which helps identify people who can
benefit the most from the therapy - ALLR
     **  FivepHusion expects to start early-mid stage study
investigating Deflexifol in combination with another
chemotherapy and an antibody-based drug to treat advanced
colorectal cancer in H2 2023 -ALLR
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~99% this year
