India's Allcargo Logistics hits over 3-wk high on acquisition of unit

** Shares of Allcargo Logistics Ltd  ACLL.NS  rise as much
as 2.84% to 385 rupees, their highest since Feb. 14
    ** Logistics solutions co says it has approved acquisition
of remaining 38.87% stake in ASCPL, its contract logistics
business 
    ** Says it has also approved sale of 61.13% stake in ACCI,
its clearance and freight forwarding business
    ** ACLL declares interim dividend of 3.25 rupees per share 
    ** Trading volume at ~213,500 shares as of 9:35 a.m. IST 
    ** Up to last close, stock was down 7.2% so far this year
