    ** The container freight stations and inland container
depots operator executes a 30-year lease agreement for 22-acre
land at Khopta in Maharashtra for capacity expansion
    ** Co to pay rent of 8.7 mln rupees ($102,685.16) per month
and refundable security deposit of 44 mln rupees for leasing the
land     
    ** Allcargo stock down ~19%, YTD
