India's Allsec jumps after 4-day losing streak; Quess withdraws merger plans

** Shares of India-based IT company Allsec Technologies
 ALLS.NS  rise as much as 8.85%, their biggest intraday jump
since July 29 
    ** Quess Corp  QUEC.NS  on Friday announced the withdrawal
of co's amalgamation proposal with ALLS
    ** ALLS, last up 7.2%, gains after four sessions of declines
    ** Stock trades above 50-day and 100-day moving averages,
indicating bullish bias 
    ** More than 36,074 shares change hands as of 1117 IST,
marking the heaviest trading day in 37 sessions 
    ** YTD, stock is down 20.14% 
    ** Shares of Quess Corp  QUEC.NS  up 2.69% at 412 rupees
