** Co's Americas segment's residential business continued to be weighed down by subdued demand and borrowing costs

** Quarterly revenue came in at $1.03 billion, slightly below estimates of $1.04 billion

** Co expects 2026 adj. earnings per share between $8.70 and $8.90, largely in line with analysts' expectations of $8.86
