Publication of Interim Results Delayed

 

29 March 2023 Allergy Therapeutics (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated commercial
biotechnology company specialising in allergy vaccines, announces that it will
not publish its interim results for the six-month period to 31 December 2022
by 31 March 2023.

 

On 29 December 2022, the Company announced a delay in the publication of its
annual report and accounts for the year to 31 June 2022 due to delays in
completing the audit. Consequently, the Company's shares were suspended from
trading on 3 January 2023 and remain suspended.

 

The Company is actively working to finalise the audit and publication of its
2022 annual report and accounts and its interim results. Allergy Therapeutics
remains in active discussions regarding its funding situation and will update
the market in due course.
