Allfunds rallies after report Motive Partners eyes bid

** Allfunds  ALLFG.AS  jumps around 5% to more than 1-year high,
with traders pointing to a media report that Motive Partners is
considering a bid for the fund distribution group 
** Bloomberg News reports, citing people familiar with the
matter, that Motive Partners is working with an adviser as it
evaluates a potential bid for Allfunds
** Allfunds declines to comment
** If gains hold Allfunds will see its best day since January 24
