Deutsche Boerse reaches deal to acquire Allfunds

Jan 21 (Reuters) - Deutsche Boerse DB1Gn.DE on Wednesday reached a deal to acquire Allfunds ALLFG.AS at a valuation of 5.3 billion euros ($6.19 billion), it said in a statement.

Deutsche Boerse would pay 8.8 euros for every Allfunds share, it said.

($1 = 0.8559 euros)
