Updates share move, adds milestone and Allfunds shares
** Shares in Deutsche Boerse DB1Gn.DE rise 3.2% after the German stock exchange operator said on Wednesday it had reached a deal to acquire Allfunds ALLFG.AS
** Deutsche Boerse will buy the Amsterdam-listed fund trading platform for 5.35 billion euros ($6.25 billion), with the deal the company's largest ever
** The deal values each Allfunds share at 8.8 euros, representing a premium of 10.6% to previous day's closing price
** "This is a deal with a strong strategic rationale for Deutsche Boerse and should be welcomed," Jefferies says
** The stock, which has lost 3.5% YTD including today's session, is on track for best day since November
** Following the agreement, Allfunds shares also jump around 4%
