Fund distribution firm Allfunds' founder to step down as CEO
June 10 (Reuters) - Fund distribution firm Allfunds Group ALLFG.AS said on Tuesday its founder Juan Alcaraz will step down as CEO and will be replaced by Annabel Spring, former CEO of global private banking and wealth at HSBC HSBA.L. Alcaraz will move into an advisory role for the next twelve months while Spring will join as CEO in June, the company said in a statement.
