    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Nov. 9
    ** Co said it won smart city contract in consortium with KEC
International for 2.07 billion rupees ($25.32 million)
    ** Co won smart city contract for the Punjab Municipal
Infrastructure Development Company (PMIDC), covering North
Indian cities of Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Sultanpur Lodhi
    ** More than 178,968 shares change hands by 0609 GMT, 1.6x
30-day avg of 109,457 shares
    ** Stock down 25.8% YTD, up to last close
($1 = 81.7500 Indian rupees)
