Zijin Gold to buy Allied Gold for C$5.5 billion
Jan 26 (Reuters) - Zijin Gold International 2259.HK has agreed to buy Allied Gold AAUC.TO in an all-cash deal valuing the Canadian miner at about C$5.5 billion ($4.02 billion), the companies said on Monday.
