Feb 28 (Reuters) -    ** Shares of companies with plans to
develop treatments, vaccines and diagnostic tools for
coronavirus gain as worries over global pandemic rises  
    ** Shares of Altimmune Inc  ALT.O  up ~130% at $4.05; latest
company to announce plans to develop coronavirus treatment 
    ** Vaccine developers - Novavax  NVAX.O , Inovio Pharma
 INO.O , Vaxart Inc  VXRT.O  - rise 2%-28%
    ** Co-Diagnostics Inc  CODX.O , which has developed a virus
test, surges ~17.9% to $18.82
    ** Meridian Bioscience  VIVO.O , whose reagent mix is being
used in China to develop virus screening tests, up ~10.7% to
$8.99
    ** BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Inc  BCRX.O  up 6.2% to $2.90;
company is testing an antiviral, galidesivir, in early-stage
clinical trials
    ** Shares of medical safety apparel makers Allied Healthcare
Products Inc  AHPI.N  and Lakeland Industris Inc  LAKE.O , rise
38%-70%
    ** Shares of face mask maker Alpha Pro Tech Ltd  APT.A  up
~40.9% at $35.60
