diagnostic tools for coronavirus rise in premarket trading on
Monday in contrast to world markets that plunged on crude oil
crash and coronavirus fears
    ** Vaccine developers - Novavax  NVAX.O , Inovio Pharma
 INO.O , Vaxart Inc  VXRT.O , Tonix Pharma  TNXP.O , Applied DNA
 APDN. , and Altimmune Inc  ALT.O  - rise ~7%-31%
    ** Co-Diagnostics Inc  CODX.O , which has developed a virus
test, up ~3.56% to $13.35
    ** BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Inc  BCRX.O  up 15.5% to $4.75;
company is testing an antiviral, galidesivir, in early-stage
clinical trials
    ** Enzo Biochem Inc  ENZO.N  was up ~53% to $5.21; co on
Friday announced launch of a coronavirus testing service
    ** Other companies that have announced launch of testing
service -  Quest Diagnostics  DGX.O , OPKO Health  OPKO.O  - 
were also trading higher
    ** Shares of medical safety apparel makers Allied Healthcare
Products Inc  AHPI.O  and Lakeland Industris Inc  LAKE.O , rise
3%-5%
    ** Global stocks plunged and prices for crude oil tumbled as
much as 33% after Saudi Arabia launched a price war with Russia,
sending investors already panicked by the coronavirus fleeing
