** Australian lithium producer Allkem Ltd  AKE.AX  rises as
much as 4% to A$15.660, marking its biggest intraday pct gain
since June 14
    ** Signs an up to $130 mln loan to develop its Sal de Vida
Project Stage 1 in Argentina
    ** Adds, facility provided over 10 years structured as a
green and sustainability-linked loan
    ** Says in talks to secure a further $50 mln in project
finance facility from another lender 
    ** AKE up 34% this year, as of last close
