 * Company entered into the subscription agreement with the investor 
 * Says the gross proceeds from the subscription will be approximately hk$78.3 million 
 * Agreed to allot and issue, a total of 52.6 million subscription shares at the subscription price of hk$1.49 per subscription share 
 * Co intends to use the net proceeds from subscription, approximately hk$20  million for expansion of group's electronics business in the prc
